Easter is celebrated on Sunday, March 31st. Easter is the celebration of Christ's Resurrection from the dead, culminating in his Ascension to the Father and sending of the Holy Spirit upon the Church.
The Easter Vigil is March 30th, on Holy Saturday the day prior to Easter Sunday. On this holy night, the Church keeps watch, celebrating the Resurrection of Christ in the sacraments and awaiting his return in glory. At the 7:00PM Easter Vigil Mass, we welcome Christ as the Light of Hope.
